This is my #modellingstory by #ellewilks and it is the 1st February 2015.
This is the time when everyone starts to make up their new year's resolutions. What are yours? People find them hard to stick to and then carry out the same resolutions the next year and success still doesn't come so I'm going to share with you some of my secrets of successful resolutions.
1. To start don't set yourself the same goals as everyone else. Think about it, things that you would want out of your life.
2. Break your goals up into smaller steps.
e.g Become Healthier - Do a charity run - Go running every other day - Do yoga and control your breathing.
3. Give yourself small rewards when you achieve your sub-goals such as pampering yourself or giving yourself a treat of a chocolate bar.
4. Write your resolutions and keep a hand written diary or journal about what you are doing and add pictures. By doing this you are taking it in what you are achieving and what you need to achieve sub consciously giving yourself hope to succeed other goals.
5. Tell your friends and family about your resolutions and they will support you and this can help you to avoid failure.
6. Think of a failure as a step back and then get back up and work even harder to get back on track rather than giving up.
7. Lastly remind yourself of the pros of achieving the goals.
